Gavin joined the Balmforth Sales team as a Negotiator in the Autumn of 2021. Gavin has lived and worked in the area his whole life and therefore brings a wealth of local knowledge. Gavin has considerable experience in financial services, which supports his sales role. As well as working on general sales, Gavin has specific responsibilities for the expanding commercial property division and sites coming on stream, which includes our substantial new park home sales. At the beginning of 2025, Gavin became Senior Negotiator (Commercial & Residential). In addition, Gavin is our licensed drone pilot and provides exceptional imagery for our many sites and prestigious properties.
